What is SafeSend Gather for Tax Organizers? Your 2024 Individual Income Tax Organizer will be delivered electronically via SafeSend Gather. In addition, a specific source document request list will be requested electronically also via SafeSend Gather. Video Tutorial - Gather Client Experience New in SafeSend: Client Portals! We are pleased to offer our clients the SafeSend One Client Portal as a way for you to keep your tax documents, tax returns and manage any action items, all in a central location. Video Tutorial - Client Portal Experience Important Organizer and Portal Tips and Tricks1. SafeSend Client Portal: Please NOTE, you must click Sign Up if this is the first time setting up your portal in SafeSend. Entering your Email ID without Signing Up will give you an error message. We are strongly encouraging our clients to utilize the portal. Tax returns from 2021-2023 will be available there. Also, after you sign up, documents you send to us through SafeSend and ones we send you will be securely stored there. 2. SafeSend Gather: Your digital Organizer is in SafeSend Gather this year. It includes your Engagement Letter, your Questionnaire, your 1040 Personal Organizer (if applicable), and your Source Document Upload. 3. Personal Organizers: VERY IMPORTANT: Use the arrows at the top with the page numbers to go through the questionnaire and organizer pages. DO NOT click NEXT at the bottom right until you are finished with this portion of the organizer. You can click Save & Close if you want to leave and come back later.

5. Lastly, it is easy to close your Organizer before you are finished. Save and Close allows you to come back and complete your organizer. The Finish button indicates you have nothing else to upload and will close the organizer. (If you close by mistake, send an email to mhuffman@tafoyabarrett.com or call us and we will reopen.)
